About

David Chandler is the President and CEO of Entrepreneurial Development Specialists LLC.  He has extensive experience in the entrepreneurial business process.  He has over 15 years of providing entrepreneurial development strategy for numerous startups in various industries, and he has established open doors with leaders of industry from CEO's of Fortune 500 companies to members of the Forbes 400.  For over a decade, David worked as a Development Executive in private enterprise alongside Rowland Perkins who founded Creative Artists Agency, the leading Talent and Sports Agency in the world. 

In the world of Film and Entertainment David created strategy for numerous projects with budgets ranging from $5m to $100m. David worked side by side with Mr. Perkins who oversaw the Oscar Winning Films Gandhi, and Chariots of Fire, and the careers of everyone from Tom Cruise, Julia Roberts, Tom Hanks, Sir Richard Attenborough, even Cary Grant later in his career, as well as Fortune 500 companies. David arranged strategy alongside Mr. Perkins with Ron Meyer (former CEO of Universal), Stacey Snider (Former President of DreamWorks), Paula Wagner (Tom Cruise Producing Parter), Jack Rapke and Robert Zemeckis (ImageMovers), Bruce Davey (Mel Gibson’s Producing Partner).

David also had the pleasure of producing with Casting Director legend Mike Fenton (Indiana Jones, E.T, Back To The Future), and Tony Mark, (Executive Producer of 6-Time Oscar Winning Film The Hurt Locker).

Tasked with developing video game interests David recruited Dr. Michael Zyda, one of the foremost scholars and minds in the world of Computer Science, who built the leading Videogame Development School in the world, The Game Pipe at USC.

Upon completing Graduate School, David designed and created a course on Entrepreneurship including instruction on all of the elements of creating a successful business plan which he taught to college seniors at The University of North Texas.  He created strategy and opened doors for many of his students creating opportunities for them when the department did not.   His class also included working through all of the SECTIONS OF A BUSINESS PLAN.  He encouraged and guided numerous students to begin their own businesses.  He is passionate about entrepreneurship and encouraging entrepreneurs and established business men and women.  He grew up around entrepreneurship as well, as his father is a recipient of the coveted Ernst and Young Entrepreneur Of The Year Award.   

David earned his Masters in the Science of Entrepreneurship from the prestigious Edwin L. Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas which has ranked in the top ten business schools in the country by both Bloomberg Business Week and US News World Report.  His focused curriculum was Entrepreneurial Development and Management, Entrepreneurship Within The Corporation, Corporate Ethics, and Entrepreneurial Law.  He was awarded membership to The Dean's Circle by Mr. Edwin L. Cox within the Edwin L. Cox Business Leadership Center.  Prior to this, he studied business entrepreneurship at Baylor University for three years before the former President, Dr. Herbert Reynolds recommended he transfer where his son Director Kevin Reynolds studied filmmaking. David completed his education from The University of Southern California in Los Angeles. FIGHT ON!
